Supplier Code of Conduct

Purpose
Livora Brands Pty Ltd is committed to working with suppliers who operate ethically, responsibly, and in compliance with applicable laws. This Supplier Code of Conduct outlines the minimum standards we expect all suppliers, manufacturers, subcontractors, and business partners to meet.
Compliance with Laws
Suppliers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the countries where they operate, including those relating to labour, employment, workplace health and safety, environmental protection, and anti-corruption.
Modern Slavery
Suppliers must not engage in or support any form of:
- Forced or bonded labour
- Human trafficking
- Modern slavery
- Debt bondage
- Involuntary prison labour
Workers must be free to leave their employment after providing reasonable notice in accordance with applicable laws.
Child Labour
Suppliers must not employ workers below the legal minimum working age in the country of employment and must comply with all applicable child labour laws.
Wages and Working Hours
Suppliers must:
- Pay workers in accordance with applicable wage laws.
- Provide legally required benefits.
- Comply with applicable laws governing working hours, overtime, and rest breaks.
Non-Discrimination
Suppliers must provide equal employment opportunities and must not discriminate on the basis of race, gender, age, disability, religion, nationality, or other characteristics protected by law.
Safe Working Conditions
Suppliers must provide a safe and healthy workplace and comply with all applicable workplace health and safety legislation.
Freedom of Association
Where permitted by law, workers should be free to associate, join organisations of their choosing, and communicate with management without fear of retaliation.
Ethical Business Practices
Suppliers must:
- Conduct business honestly and ethically.
- Prohibit bribery, corruption, fraud, and conflicts of interest.
- Maintain accurate business records.
Environmental Responsibility
Suppliers are encouraged to minimise environmental impacts by complying with environmental laws and adopting responsible environmental practices where reasonably practicable.
Monitoring and Compliance
Livora Brands Pty Ltd may request information from suppliers regarding their compliance with this Code.
Where significant breaches are identified, we may request corrective actions or discontinue the business relationship if appropriate.
Continuous Improvement
We encourage suppliers to continuously improve their labour practices, human rights protections, and environmental performance.
